I was wondering if the Lemon Tea from Dunkin Donuts has caffeine, and if it has any health benefits? If it matters I only take it with one sugar, and for a small or medium I use two tea bags (I like it strong), a large three, and an extra large three or four.

El Cupacabra replied: "Iced Latte. Personally, I like the Iced Mocha Latte. If you ask for no ice they will look at you like you are crazy, but you will get 2-3 times as much and it is still cold. Get a large with no ice and you will be in caffeine and sugar heaven."

The drink tastes a little strong, but chocolatey, and you can add more milk to offset the coffee taste."

Dehydration is the cause of most work day sleepies and the protein snack will boost you up more than caffine will. Prepare for tomorrows snack tonight. String cheese or any cheese cubed. Hard boiled eggs. any thing you can snack easily at your desk. You will be amazed how well this trick works. Tomorrow is Friday and the hardest day to concentrate at work try the protein trick....."

(This puts DD's coffee on the weaker side compared to other stores.) So, if you're just having iced coffee, figure out how much coffee they are putting in before the ice and you'll get an idea of how much caffeine you're getting. The flavoring actually does not make a difference because it is not real vanilla or chocolate. The "Flavorshot" consists of: Water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Natural & Artificial Flavors, Caramel Color. (See second link below.)"

Jeo replied: "it's not recommend, but i really don't see that much harm in it. although caffeine is considered a drug. but it's best if you consult your doctor."

Nate replied: "Probably not. I was on oxy's for a while after my surgery as well. The first day when I was on both morphine and oxy's I had McDonalds :D I think you will be find. Do try to eat healthy after a surgery though, it helps the recovey"

I love coffee, and I know what it would be like if someone told me I couldn't drink it for a period of time, but it would be well worth the effort to find out from someone you trust (like your doctor) instead of asking strangers on Y!A for medical advice."

Does a Coffee Coolata from Dunkin Donuts have as much caffeine as regular coffee? Thanks-

How much caffeine is in a dunkin donut's vanilla chai? I guess what i'm asking is how much does it have compared to coffee, and other teas. I love this drink, but if it has a lot of caffeine, I have to give it up.
